What you need to know Before you start mince and make your own savouries, you’ll need to get a good understanding of the different types and types of mignonettes in Canada.

Here’s what you’ll do: First of all, you need a pot to mince your mignons, so you’ll have to find a pot with a lid that fits the mignoises.
You can use a wooden pot, or a metal pot (but not both).
Make sure you don’t overfill the pot or your meatballs will turn out too mushy and dry.
